- The person using the service must be a resident of Whidbey Is. with a valid I.D. and proof of address.
- The number of times any one person can use the Safe Ride Home service is limited to one (1) for any calendar year, unless approval is made by any member of the Safe Ride Home Board
- The distance shall be limited to 20 miles (one way) for any given ride provided by Safe Ride Home representatives. Unless authorized by a member of the Safe Ride Home Board.
- The provided Trip Ticket forms must be used for each ride provided, to validate usage and charges.
- Any minor, that is, pre registered with the Safe Ride Home Program, with a valid S.R.H. passport I.D., will not be refused service. The parents who enrolled their student will be responsible for full reimbursement, to the program, for all rides after the second (2nd) ride
